I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I am a serial student, I love to know and learn anything and everything! While I was finishing my Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics and starting my Master’s Degree, I was lucky to work for an amazing mentor early in my career who was well-rounded and knowledgeable. He enhanced my love of learning and taught me I should know how to do more than just my specific job description. He taught me that I should know how to do everyone else’s job too. I couldn’t just look at my piece of the puzzle, but how every piece of the puzzle fits together. If there is a problem with another piece, I should know how to fix it and finish the puzzle to keep the whole process together.

My job, my passion, the piece of the real estate puzzle I truly enjoy is working as a loan consultant and originating mortgages. My other ancillary licenses and job experience enhance my ability to advise, problem solve, answer questions, and ensure the loan process goes as smoothly as possible. I have had my abstracting license and worked at a title company as a Title Examiner and a Loan Closer. I had my Property and Casualty Insurance License and my Real Estate License.
My employees will tell you that I don’t know how to give a yes/no answer…I am thinking 10 steps ahead, evaluating all the alternatives and possible outcomes, and provide a page instead of a sentence response. So as a borrower, even if you just want a simplified answer, trust that I am making sure you are covered. I will make sure we complete the complicated puzzle that the loan process has become through the ever-changing regulations and changes.
